Colomitalia is a Social Promotion Association recognized by the Veneto Region since 2013 and established among friends and supporters of the Casa Estudiantil “Pietro Moretto” of Colomi (Bolivia).
Its main activities are:
Support through fundraising and make the activity of Casa Estudiantil known (through meetings, conferences, even personal interviews) to as many people as possible in order to broaden the area of supporters/taxpayers; - ColomiItalia AssociationActivate cultural and/or recreational initiatives that arouse interest and consequent solidarity towards the Opera;
- Promote awareness-raising interventions towards the problems of developing countries in institutes and schools available to delve into issues relating to global education; upon request, the meetings can also be held in Spanish;
- Act as an intermediary between the Casa Estudiantil, the students and the sponsors who are undergoing a long-distance adoption, to facilitate correspondence, overcoming linguistic and socio-cultural difficulties, to bring our reality closer to the Bolivian one.
